Vlieseline Decovil Heavy (previously known as Pellon 526 Decovil Heavy) is a fusible, non-woven stabilizer with a leather-like texture designed for projects that require maximum structure and durability. Ideal for bags, hats, belts, wallets, and fabric boxes, this heavyweight interfacing ensures long-lasting shape retention while being tear-resistant and non-fraying.

How to Use:

1. Place the stabilizer coated side down on the wrong side of your fabric.
2. Cover with a damp cloth and press with an iron on a wool setting for about 6 seconds per area.
3. Allow the fabric to cool flat for 5-10 minutes to ensure proper adhesion.
